Private lower level for 10 Purple Band guests — exclusive presentations, premium dining, and top-shelf spirits.
Founders check in early. From 3:30–4:30, Andrew Cartwright personally conducts a pitch training session in a dedicated room with display and seating — coaching each founder on presentation technique.
Security at the gate. 4 hostesses in business attire (white shirt, blazer, tie) greet guests, verify credentials, distribute color-coded wristbands, and escort each guest to their numbered seat.
Light refreshments behind the seating — artisan cheese, charcuterie, sparkling water, juices, sodas. Red & white wine, craft beer. Guests mingle before the main event.
Andrew Cartwright opens the Epic 99 Pitch Night. 10 founders pitch to a room of accredited investors and a 5-member expert jury (front row with individual tables). 2×98" displays. Two spotlights illuminate each presenter. Pool area curtained off.
Three camera positions capture every angle. Full live stream to the Dragons & Angels equity platform. Professional sound with wireless microphones. The entire pitch session is broadcast in real-time to virtual attendees.
The curtain drops. Guests flow outside to the illuminated pool terrace. DJ starts. 15 high cocktail tables. Standing LED light poles. BBQ station fires up with made-to-order steaks.
A professional facilitator runs structured introductions — each guest gets 30 seconds. 80 people, rapid-fire. Meanwhile, waitresses circulate with silver trays of martini cocktails.
Purple Band guests (max 10) are escorted to the underground level. Andrew Cartwright delivers a private, closed-door presentation on deal flow and investment strategy. Grey Goose on ice, black caviar, lobster tails, oysters. 2 dedicated waitstaff.
Free-form mingling. Full bar operational. BBQ continues. DJ sets the mood. Investors and founders close deals poolside under the desert sky.
ProExpo crew removes all equipment, returns furniture, cleans every surface. By midnight the estate looks exactly as it did before — as if nothing happened.
Security personnel stand in front of the Tesla Cybertruck on the driveway — the first thing every guest sees upon arrival. They verify credentials against the pre-approved guest list before anyone approaches the front door. No walk-ins. No exceptions. This is a closed, invitation-only environment for accredited investors.

Once past security, guests step through the arched front door into the grand foyer. Four hostesses in business attire — white shirt, black blazer, tie — greet each guest by name. They distribute color-coded wristbands (Investor, Founder, Purple Band VIP) and personally escort every attendee to their numbered seat in the presentation hall.
The main room is completely transformed: all existing furniture removed, replaced with 80 chairs in a theater configuration — center section with two angled side sections at 45°. Front row reserved for the 5-member jury with individual tables.

The estate features a built-in BBQ station with a grill embedded right at the pool's edge — a sunken semicircular bar area with seating. A dedicated chef grills premium steaks to order. Guests walk up, request their cut, and watch it prepared.

Two waitresses move through the crowd with silver trays of martini cocktails in classic triangular glasses. A full bar station operates poolside for custom orders.
Professional DJ set up on the illuminated rock waterfall formation to the right of the pool — a massive natural stone stage with cascading water, lit from within by warm amber uplighting. Two tall speakers flank the booth, LED light poles line the terrace. At sunset the rocks glow orange against the desert sky — a one-of-a-kind backdrop no venue can replicate.
While guests network poolside, a select group of no more than 10 individuals — identified by their Purple Band — are quietly escorted to the underground level of the Cartwright Estate. Here, Andrew Cartwright delivers a private, closed-door presentation on deal flow, investment strategy, and the Dragons & Angels Fund thesis.
